About Me
HELLO, SOUL-FRIEND
Welcome to my little corner of the internet.
I’m Purnima — a gentle learner and a quiet observer of life.
Through this diary, I share my journey of self growth, healing, and becoming — one soft step at a time.
MY QUIET STRUGGLE
There were times when I felt lost, overwhelmed, and unsure of my direction.
Life felt heavy, and I carried questions I didn’t know how to answer.
I didn’t find answers all at once —
I found them slowly, through silence, patience, self-reflection and self growth.
HEALING & BECOMING
Slowly, through everyday experiences, nature, and moments of stillness,
I began to understand myself a little better.
I learned that healing doesn’t always arrive loudly —
sometimes it comes softly, through kindness toward oneself.
PurnimasDiary was born from that journey.
This space holds the lessons I gathered along the way —
from emotional struggles, personal growth, food that nourishes both body and soul, and the quiet strength found in slowing down.
HOW I WRITE
I write the way I live — slowly, honestly, and with feeling.
My words come from real moments: quiet mornings, inner questions, small struggles, and little realizations that gently change us. I don’t believe in perfect stories or polished answers. I believe in writing that feels true, even if it’s simple.
Sometimes my writing is reflective, sometimes comforting, sometimes softly curious. I write to understand myself better — and in doing so, I hope my words help you pause, breathe, and feel a little more connected to your own journey.
This isn’t a place for rushing or pretending.
It’s a place for softness, awareness, and growing at your own pace.
